Application: For planing solid wood in roughing
and finishing operations with low chip removal.
Allows assemble of blades with different radius,
chamfers, grooves or profiles using the tool as
multifunctional (planing and profile).
QUICKLOCK
Machine: For moulders, four side moulders, etc.
Technical information: Steel body, two edges
reversible high speed steel (HS) knives. FREZITE
“QuickLock” system for quick replacement of
knives. Supplied with Bx16x3 mm high speed steel
knives (HS) for softwood. Tungsten carbide knives
(HW) for hardwoods supplied upon request.
Cutterhead designed to allow assembling of
profiled knives (not included).
MEC
Application: Pour le rabotage du bois massif dans
les opérations de finition et ébauche avec avec
basse enlèvement de copeaux. Outil multifonctionnel (rabotage et profilage) avec possibilité
de montage de couteaux avec différents rayons,
chanfreins, rainures ou profils.
Machine: Pour moulurières, machines quatrefaces, etc.
Caractéristiques techniques: Corps en acier et
couteaux centrolock réversibles de deux coupes.
Système “Quicklock” FREZITE, permet un changement rapide des couteaux. Porte-outil fourni
avec couteaux Bx16x3 mm en acier rapide (HS)
pour bois tendre, couteaux en carbure (HW)
fournis sur demande. Porte-outil préparé pour
le montage de couteaux avec différents profils
(non inclus).
